Can I cancel an order?
Please use our contact page to cancel or change your order. You can also contact us through email at info@cazasouq.com or contact us on 0097336247717. If you have chosen the Cash on Delivery service, you are allowed to cancel the order before shipping your order. However, if you wanted to cancel the order after we shipped it, there will be a fine of 60 Saudi Riyals/ 60 Bahraini Dinars to compensate on any shipping fees paid by our side.

What should I do if the wrong item was shipped to me?

What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer PayPal, Visa, CashU, Cash on delivery (Bahrain), MasterCard ,PayTabs and Tabby. GCC and some Arabian Countries.
What currencies do you accept?
Caza Souq accepts Bahraini Dinar, USD, and all respective GCC currencies.
How Can I receive the digital code I bought?
After we check if the payment was compeleted. We will send you the codes on your email and on an SMS. Also, you can view your digital codes through the download tabs in your profile.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We process shipment from Saturday through Thursday from 12 PM to 11 PM. Orders placed on weekend or during holidays will be processed on the following business day. Shipping time takes from 1-3 Business days to reach the designated country, However most of our customers receive the package between 3-5 Business days and in rare cases it will be between 5-21 days.. Customers living in Saudi Arabia need to contact their postal office and follow up with their tracking number.
